The house is located on the outskirts of Döbrököz, on the edge of a forest. It is isolated from the outside world in a wonderful natural environment.

The village has small shops, post office, gas station, restaurant, school, kindergarten, doctor, pharmacy. Döbrököz is 8 km from the Gunaras Spa. Nearest town is Dombóvár (10 minutes by car) where you can find larger shops (like Tesco, Lidl, Spar, Penny), hospital, restaurants, high schools, veterinarian, dentist, train station, etc.. Dombóvár is the center of Southern Transdanubia, the capital city Budapest can be reached by intercity train in two hours.

There are several thermal baths nearby within 40 km. (Gunarasfürdő, Magyarhertelend, Kaposvár, Tamási, Igal, Sikonda). The Bikal Adventure Park is 26 km away and Lake Balaton and Pécs can be reached in about an hour by car.

The mixed-walls 44sqm cottage is constantly being renovated by the owners. Currently a kitchen-dining room and a room have been renovated. For further construction of a bathroom and toilet is planned in the room which is a storage room right now.

From now on the construction of a bathroom, toilet and pantry is under renovation.

The following of the house there is a summer kitchen with a cellar.

In the cozy yard there is an oven/grill and a garden swing. The size of the garden is 1.218sqm.

The house has its electricity but no water connection yet. There is a well in the garden from which the water can be supplied later. The heat is provided by a tiled stove and a sparhelt.

The house can be reached by 4-wheel drive car. The current owners will give the house a Lada Niva car as a gift to the new owner.
