Kürzlich haben wir über Adri Estate ein Haus in Ungarn erworben. Nach anfänglichem Zögern, ob wir einen solchen Schritt wagen sollten, waren jedoch mit dem ersten Kontakt die Bedenken verflogen. In Adri fanden wir eine freundliche, aufmerksame und sehr kompetente Beraterin, so dass wir nach kurzer Zeit ein passendes Haus gefunden hatten. Auch schien uns nun Ungarn nicht mehr so fremd. Before meeting Adri, we were already searching for a house in Hungary through another agent. Buying a house is always a difficult decision and one needs to weigh the pros and cons. We didn"t feel very comfortable with this other agent as we felt he was too interested in presenting his own sales pitches and that he didn"t really listen to, or adequately react to our comments and perspectives. It was thus a great relief meeting Adri. From the beginning, Adri listened to us and showed an interest in us, in what we were looking for and why. We never felt she tried to talk us into things or to whitewash any problems. She always described things as they were, factually and honestly. She typically replied to emails ver y quickly, and provided accurate information. We never felt she tried to push us into any decision, but let us make up our own minds in our own time. The sales process was extremely smooth. We had an appointment with the solicitor on a Saturday which is really not something that can be taken for granted, but made things much easier for us. Adri also helped us with the money transfer and showed us a way that saved us a lot of costs. One often hears horror stories about agents who lose interest in their clients as soon as they have been payed. But not so with Adri: She accompanied us to various offices and through the labyrinths of officialdom to set up a bank account and various standing orders as well as water, gas, electric, village tax and refuse collection contracts. Buying as a foreigner in Hungary, especially with inadequate language skills or knowledge of the system can be a daunting task if you have nobody to hold your hand or tell you what to expect or do. I can thus absolut ely recommend the services of Adri, who managed to take all these complexities off our shoulders and make it simple and straightforward, while always being both professional but also honest, genuine and straightforward to deal with. Adri has been absolutely wonderful from the start to the finish of our property buying experience in Hungary. We contacted Adri at the start of our property search on the recommendation of friends. Dedicated, patient, precise, helpful and most of all extremely friendly. That’s how we experience Adri. With great skill and humor she showed us several places, and arranged all the official business when we found a nice spot in Magyarkeszi. We have had experience with other estate agents, but none of them showed the dedication and support the way Adri has, and still does. She even arranged a transport company who is moving our stuff from the Netherlands to our new home in Hungary. She’s also very helpful with the utilities, registering our car and all other new things we have to do before we can live permanently in Hungary. If you have decided to purchase a house in Hungary I can sincerely advise the professional and personal touch from Adri Csipke. She’s a lady who understands her business very well and guides you swiftly to the sometimes complicated processes. Except for the real estate sales and guiding tours, she is also very willing to help you with other services like the administration fuzz with the water & electricity company and others.. Another major advantage is her perfect spoken and written English !! I first contacted Adri after reading an article in a newspaper about property in Hungary. I had no idea how to proceed , all I knew was that I like country side. Adri was very atentative and provided me with lots of useful and helpful Information for my research. She gave me some great links to look at and advise on what was resonable for my budget. I then decided to go over for a week and view some places, one in particular looked very interesting. I viewed it on Monday, decided on Tuesday, was at the lawer on Wednesday and was the owner of a lovely little house with a massive garden buy Thursday. She then took me to the utilities and Bank to setup all the accounts, the local athorities for the rates. All this for a very reasonable flat rate which helped me on my limited budget. Adri has continued to help me long after the sale was complete, offering advice and guidance on a number of subjects from gardening to language support.
