The property is located in Alsóbogát, in Somogy county. The village has a small shop and 2 beautiful castles. Next to the village, there are also fishing ponds. In Somogyjád, which is 5 minutes by car, there is a shop, post office, school, dentist and pharmacy. Kaposvár, the nearest big city is 25-30 minutes by car. Lake Balaton can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
