The property is located in a quiet, tidy settlement in Almamellék, Baranya county. The city of Szigetvár is only 15km away, Kaposvár is 30km away, and Pécs is 50km away. There is also a restaurant, a gas station, a thermal spa, fishing lakes and excursion opportunities nearby.

The large house is brick-built and has a total of 180m2 on 2 floors. Rooms:

Behind the main building there is a 7m x 4m swimming pool, which can be heated and cooled. Between the pool and the house there is an open paved terrace and an outdoor shower.

Continuing back you can find the huge outbuilding (approx. 120m2), through which we reach the grassy rear part of the plot, planted with fruit trees.

The outbuilding is divided into 2 parts, one part is a workshop and garage in one, while the other part is a storage room. Below this is the cellar.

The plot is 4,261m2 in total and is completely fenced. A covered seating area was recently built in the rear part. The gate on the street front can be operated electrically.

Water, electricity (3x32Ampere), gas (tank), central heating, air conditioning. A water softener and water filter system were also installed. There is cable tv and internet. There is no sewer in the village, but bio-septic tank have been installed at this property.
